Sources and how the numbers work

Consensus / Avg / Hi-Lo / Spread — a weighted power-curve mean of the format's sources (each rank mapped to a pick-value curve, averaged, inverted back to a rank), so one outlier can't drag a near-unanimous pick down. Rank = order by Avg. Hi/Lo shows best/worst rank across sources as a whisker.
Boris Chen ECR — FantasyPros Expert Consensus (100+ analysts) with Gaussian-mixture tiers, per format. Weighted double as an aggregate. Also drives the Tiers ladder and the Hi/Lo whisker's dispersion.
FFToday (Mike Krueger) — separate Standard, Half-PPR and PPR top-225 boards. The other format-specific expert anchor.
PrizePicks (Christian Hardy) — PPR top-200; market signal, leans PPR.
FantasyFootballCalculator — market rankings from mock drafts. Represents the crowd, not an analyst.
Yahoo ADP and Underdog ADP — via FFToday's ADP table. Yahoo defaults to half-PPR, so it reads your leaguemates' behavior.
Value vs Yahoo — the gap between the freshest market ADP (FFC live once refreshed, else the Yahoo snapshot) and consensus, priced in projected points on a log pick-value curve (a 12-pick fall is ~13 pts at the top, ~2 pts at pick 100). Also plotted on the Value map. Hover the bar for the raw pick gap.
Live — FantasyFootballCalculator's public ADP feed for the selected format, fetched on demand. Fails silently if the feed is unreachable from this browser.
Draft now (clock strip + gold rings on the Value map; needs League → Pick) — scores what you'd lose by not taking a player now: their value minus the expected best left at that position at your next snake pick (survival odds from run-adjusted ADP, spread by expert disagreement), weighted by open roster slots, minus risk (projection band + expert spread + injury; floor-weighted early, ceiling-tolerant late) and bye stacking. A heuristic, not an oracle — it argues, you decide.
